Kel is an Architect, Urban Designer, Interior Designer.

Kelvin is a chartered architect with 15 years of experience working in Hong Kong, London and China. He has overseen multiple architectural & urban design projects and delivered creative concepts & design proposals in both private and public sectors.

His expertise includes transit-oriented development (TOD), masterplanning, mixed-use developments, residentials, hotels, skycrapers, cultural, religious & educational buildings. Keys projects includes W Hotel, SK Tower, K11 Art Mall, Twickenham Academy, East London Mosque Extension, Chengdu North Station Masterplan and Tianjin Aerospace City.


Kelvin has won multiple international competitions in TODs, urban renewal and mixed-use development, and participated in SZ/HK Bi-City Biennale 2013, Beijing Lighting International Festival 2011, Beijing Design Week 2015.

 

He was a RIBA (HK Chapter) Education sub-committee member in 2013, a guest critic at HKU (BA) Architecture year review 2016, and gave lectures at Shanghai Donghua University.

Wil is an Architectural Designer, Interior Designer

Wilson has over 25 years of experience and expertise in obtaining planning permission for residential and small development projects in the UK.

He has worked on over 500 residential projects in London from extensions,  conversions, alterations to new builds in all stages (from briefing with clients to building completion and handover). He has developed an exceptional understanding of local planning policies in Wandsworth, Sutton, Kingston, Croydon and Bromley. He has inside out knowledge in residential projects and works relentlessly with clients to advise and maximise their properties' potential and value, or to find solutions and resolve a problem.
 

He has also worked on over 100 development projects with a good understanding of the needs and concerns of developers, and how to optimise sites and maximise development potential.

Wilson also has experience in Community and Church projects, as well as small commercial projects including some top end restaurants in Dublin, London and in the UK.
