Overview
Kel + Wil Design Ltd is a multi-disciplinary company founded by Kelvin and Wilson in 2023. We work with private homeowners, developers / investors and local authorities on individual homes, new-build housing, retail and hospitality, commercial and public realm projects.
We believe true value of land and property can be maximised through rigorous attention to the requirements and characters of the programme, clients, users and sites to identify the individual projects’ meaning and potential firstly, followed by ideas and designs inspired by this process and our diverse experience to realise into carefully designed buildings, spaces and environments.

- Residential
We specialise in extensions, alterations, renovations and new-build developments of one-off housing to apartment units in buildings.
We ensure our clients feel fully involved throughout the process. We work alongside you throughout the whole project stages (from concept design, planning process, building regulations, detail design, tendering and construction stage), helping you to realise your projects tailored to each client’s lifestyle, aspirations and the location.
We have good relationships with planners and can provide clients access to our network of industry consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Developers / Investors
We learnt from our international experience in architecture, masterplanning and urban design that design and planning together can connect the 'old with new, past with present and now with future'. At the end, it is all about creating humanistic living environment for people and finding a genuine identity for each particular client & project. The potential and outcome are 'without limits'.
We can introduce, advise and co-ordinate clients with our external consultants such as real estate surveyors and property sourcing agents to identify potential sites/ properties, programme and potential.
