Kelvin is a Chartered Architect with over 18 years of international experience delivering architecture, urban design, and masterplanning projects across the UK, Hong Kong, and China. His expertise spans transit-oriented developments, mixed-use schemes, residential, hospitality, cultural, and educational projects, with a portfolio that includes major developments such as W Hotel, K11 Art Mall, and Chengdu North Station Masterplan. An award-winning designer, Kelvin has won multiple international competitions and remains actively engaged in architectural education and professional practice.

Wilson has over 25 years of experience in residential planning and development across the UK. He has successfully delivered more than 500 residential projects, ranging from extensions and conversions to new-build developments, with extensive expertise in securing planning permissions and navigating local planning policies across London.

Working closely with homeowners and developers, Wilson specialises in maximising site potential, unlocking development opportunities, and delivering practical planning solutions. He also has experience in community, church, and small commercial projects, including high-end hospitality developments.
